Pedal Forward: The Story Behind Pace Marketing
In the whirlwind of corporate dynamics and agency intricacies, founder Stephanie Haenchen found herself constantly asking: why the long ride for seemingly simple marketing projects? Why the uphill battle to keep costs down? And where was the synchronicity in communication? These questions propelled her to embark on a new journey, one fueled by a vision for a better way forward.
At Pace Marketing, we understand the importance of momentum. Like cyclists navigating challenging terrains, we saw the need to streamline marketing processes, to break free from the pack, and to lead with purpose. Born out of our founder’s experiences in the corporate world, Pace Marketing was established to create a positive environment where collaboration thrives, where challenges are opportunities for growth, and where every pedal stroke propels us closer to our clients’ goals.

Company History:
Pace Marketing’s journey began in July 2011, a time when Stephanie decided to take the leap into entrepreneurship. Originally known as Little Chicken Design & Communications—an homage to Stephanie’s German heritage—the company initially focused on graphic design projects aligned with clients’ strategic objectives. However, as the company gained momentum, Stephanie realized the need for a more comprehensive approach to marketing.
In 2015, Pace Marketing was born—a testament to our commitment to setting the pace for product and business growth. Since then, we have continued to expand our horizons, partnering with medical device companies, community hospitals, and B2B enterprises to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Like cyclists on an open road, Pace Marketing embraces the journey ahead, ready to navigate challenges and seize opportunities along the way.
Under her leadership, Pace Marketing has evolved from a solo venture to a thriving community of passionate professionals dedicated to accelerating business growth. Guided by her belief in the power of progress, Stephanie continues to lead by example, empowering business owners to pursue excellence in their endeavors.
